I am experiencing a consistent disconnection issue in Overwatch 2 that appears to be tied specifically to my account. Here are the details of the problem:
- The disconnections only happen when I use my account.
- I tested my account on multiple computers and networks, and the issue persists.
- I used a friend’s account on my computer and experienced no disconnection issues, confirming the problem is not related to my hardware or network.
- I have already attempted the recommended troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling the game, resetting my internet connection, and testing on different devices.
Based on my tests, this seems to be an account-specific issue, not a network or hardware problem.
I kindly ask for assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible so I can get back to playing the game (or I’m gonna lose this weekend…).
