I have played overwatch on this account on my laptop before about two weeks ago. However, when I opened the game today it said “Account missing overwatch license” and gave me the option to enter my account details. I did so, and then it said connecting for ages but didn’t do anything. I have tried re-installing the game but that hasn’t helped. What should I do?
These steps can help if you see the License Missing Error:

Login and verify the license is showing up on the account management page.

If you see it: clear your cache files and then try again.

If that doesn’t work, or you don’t see it: open a ticket with the staff for help resolving the issue.

I also had an issue with the prepatch thing before that where it didn’t want to downloads the new files.
Now it just says missing license when enter in the game.
Same issue happening for me as well.
Could get into the game just fine before the anniversary vol. 3 update.
