I am unable to play Overwatch as when I try to start up the game it comes up with Account Missing Overwatch license. it says that I have an active account but I cant play.

These steps can help if you see the License Missing Error:

Login and verify the license is showing up on the account management page.

If you see it: clear your cache files and then try again.

If that doesn’t work, or you don’t see it: open a ticket with the staff for help resolving the issue.
