I tried merging my pc account with my PlayStation account, and all it did was put my PC account on my PlayStation, with no skins, gold gun, etc. I was under the impression that the account merge was supposed to merge these things together into one collective account. All this account merge has done for me was take away my PlayStation account that I’ve been playing on since 2018. Now I’m stuck with an account that’s unranked and unplayed as well as unwanted. Everything on my main account is gone, I can’t even get into it anymore. Sadly I don’t see this issue getting resolved, only because I feel as though blizzard doesn’t care for their console players.

same here, i have lost my whole account and i am very scared because i played in season one and got the whole battle pass, skins and characters. but my progress is gone and my pc is on playstation. and i lost everything.

Same here, I’m on xbox and I’ve reached out many times for this to be fixed and I don’t think its going to happen any time soon. Which really sucks.

Same here. Though after multiple tickets and post since October they are asking for more info. Idk what that will do but maybe hope? I would just like my skins back

That’s odd cause everything was fine with my account until like 3 days ago, a pic of Sombra popped up on my screen and asked about cross-progression. And that’s when I lost my account.
Same here, it‘s so disheartening because I really love this game and I wanna be able to enjoy it without constantly being reminded that I‘m basically playing on a fresh account…
