When I go to load up overwatch everything works perfectly. I can play comp I have my stats, gold guns and even legacy credits from overwatch 1. But for some reason I cannot access the shop or battlepass. I spent ten dollars to get the season one battlepass and was never able to purchase it. Getting the credits worked fine but buying the battle pass never worked. I also can not access the shop either. I thought those were my only two problems and I carried on. Recently I got enough comp credits to be able to purchase a golden weapon. But when I went to purchase it it wouldn’t let me. I couldn’t spend my legacy credits or overwatch coins either. All I can do is play the game. I spent $10 and can’t even use the credits I bought. I tried overwatch support and they told me to reconnect my accounts which I did. But nothing worked. All it says when I click merge is account pending merge. And under my x box username it say account changed.

I also have the same issue. Please fix. I don’t even care about the merge at this point I just want to be able to buy things.
I have been having the same issue but I did not receive anything from my console account. but my console account received everything from my pc account so that sucks since I had the most on my console account and now it seems to have been wiped. My main issue is it still says account merge pending and I cannot buy anything or access the shop. not that I would spend money on this broken game, I just want to buy my gold guns damnit. I feel so alone, I feel like the devs don’t know or even care at all about this. it going to be like this forever and I hate the devs and this game for it.
My brother fixed this issue by disconnecting his Xbox from his account through battle.net.
Same here although nothing from my console transferred 
i have none of my stuff ANDDD i can’t access the store or buy anything… just says account merge pending/in queue.
I was also able to fix this problem by disconnecting my PSN account.
