Yea mine isn’t merged either, when I click on the merge account button. I can hear it click but there is no pop up or anything it gives me no options, I had so much stuff on my old account it’s not worth playing if I can’t get it back.

Same with me. I have everything that I bought in OW itself (OWL skins, Origins skins) but nothing else.
Same here. I’m on PS4, and pressing the Merge button does nothing

Same! I finally got a chance to get on overwatch 2 and literally nothing from overwatch 1 was transferred to overwatch 2.
Same thing happened to me, i used to play on ps4, now im on PC so i merged my account, now upon logging in i cant even click the merge accounts button as it does nothing, and i lost my rank, skins, all my progression, etc… i hope this is fixed soon

I have lost everything (PS4). I played betas which worked fine and have had battlenet linked for years. Yesterday when I logged in, my account was level 1, most of the heroes locked and I couldn’t play anything else but Tutorials. All previous competitive data lost and after tutorials I’m locked to play quickplay with the heroes that are not locked for new users…
I would be fine if I lost all my cosmetics but being forced to go through FTUE and losing all my competitive data since the game came out is not acceptable. Hope they’ll fix it asap

I also have the same issue here. I’m playing on pc now. I have all my old stuff from my pc account, but nothing from my console account. The account merge has been in the queue from the day Overwatch 2 launched. I think it even makes me a different version that I can’t join my friends’ team. ( I’ve checked my version, even scan it.)

I was originally on ps4 now I’m on ps5 but I made a battle bet account just for overwatch 2 before I got my PlayStation 5, and I’m experiencing the same thing when I click merge account nothing happens, and I can’t even purchase the battle pass, all I want is to play sigma, junk rat and road hog with my gold guns and it’s just really frustrating idk why this is happening

Same issue here. Logging into Overwatch 2 treats me as New Player, and the merge button does nothing. Today the ps5 clients shows the Account Merge button that wasn’t there initially but still does nothing.
I only play on PlayStation and my account was linked to the battle net account as well.

Yeah, I did this merge thing thinking it would help me due to have playing OW1 on console since my stuff didn’t transfer. Instead the game has locked my battle pass rewards even though it states I own the rewards. For example, can’t play Kiriko, D.Va, Ana, and a few others now until the bug is fixed. I have the 20% exp bonus still, but can’t use anything I earned in the battle pass now until my account merge works. The past day now it’s been “in queue” and the shop is also not an option.

Me too, if i click on the merge button nothing happends. I have linked my ps4 account to my pc and on both my pc and ps4 it does nothing. Nothing pops up when i click merge.

Same for me! My battle.net account is merged with my console account and everything, but I still don’t have my stuff. I mean the merge button’s there but it doesn’t do anything. Also I’ve always been playing on the same console, which means it doesn’t transfer automatically.

I am told that I am in a queue and that it should be ready after a few minutes when I close the game. That was over 24 hours ago.

Same problem, merge with Xbox, but lvl 1 acc and lost all my progress from ps4.

SAME it’s not letting me access half the heroes and the ones I did Have unlocked are locked now.
