The account merge queue keeps saying that I connected yet I still don’t have my cosmetics or stats. And after it connects it just puts me right back into merge queue.

I am having the same issue did you ever link your overwatch 1 account to Battle.net?

i definitely linked my ow1 account with battle.net it even carried my name over. but im having the same issue.
I forgot to link my overwatch one account and it keeps saying it’s merged but then will put me back into the queue to be merged
Well kinda, I originally linked the account to one I didn’t use, later I realized that and changed it to a account I use. Idk if it has any use but when I got to account merge queue it says “account changed”. I have no idea what that means but hopefully it didn’t mess with my original Xbox account.

So I loaded up overwatch 2 and played a couple games waiting for the merge to go through. It finally says it’s completed and that my merge is done. However when I go into my heroes to equip the stuff that I had previously unlocked ( Xbox and psn accounts) none of my previously unlocked items are there even though it says the merge is done. I know I have merged the right accounts to the battlenet. Still haven’t gotten any of my previously unlocked things from overwatch 1.

I’m having the same exact issue. None of my event skins or bought (mercy pink cancer awareness) skin and countless others have not been merged. Merge said complete though. I hope they fix this issue, this is some BS.
