I always played Overwatch on PS4, but with the release of Overwatch 2 all my achievements, weapons, skins and profile icons are gone. I have a completely clean account, even though I didn’t switch platforms.

In short do the next in order
- complete the training
- play 5-10 matches
- merge account will turn up in the main menu
- relog ull get a merge pop-up mostly purple in colour
- ull be put in the queue for the merge
- wait
- wait
- wait
That will eventually end the problems

Is there any other known solutions? I have the same issue and haven’t touched the game as I was worried somehow I would become stuck on my wiped account, I lost like 1000 hours at least.

So I was in a similar boat on Xbox but I managed to get my stuff back. It does require a PC capable of logging into Overwatch though.

Also, it’s ok to play before the merge is complete, I did and still got my stuff back.

As I know, who enter the game after last patch can get all their progress from OW1. For example, my brother do that and he didn’t lost all his progress.
