I’ve contacted Blizzard Support for this issue and they recommended that I post on the official forum…which I assume is here? I had 5300 coins on my account and I tried to buy Ana’s Shrike skin (250 coins). Somehow I ended up with only 650 coins in my account and all the other skins unlocked. I didn’t mean for this to happen and I’ve been saving up coins since April. Please help T^T
There isn’t much that can be done from what I know. They can’t or won’t revert in-game currency based purchases. Because of how common situations like this occur they are actually removing this feature(it’s gone on the current ptr patch).
