Ability Power Questions

Does anyone know how, or even if, the Ability Power stat affects things like Zarya bubbles and Dva defense matrix? I was curious because it seems like it should in theory, but the description of the stat specifically mentions it affects the damage and healing output of abilities (both of which the previous mentioned things do nothing with).

Also, I think this might have been asked before on here, is there any benefit to pushing a stat over 100%? Hoping there is if you really want to build into it and nothing else, but just wanted to make sure I wouldn’t be wasting it if the stats cap at 100.

Increases their health (and therefore the energy you can gain from one)

Nothing afaik.

AP affects any value on a non-weapon ability other than its cooldown/size/duration. So raw movement abilities like Guardian Angel receive nothing. Since DM already mitigates “infinite” damage, it has no value to tweak.
