Hello guys, I would like to hear some suggestions about different sets of ability keys or what are you using. I dont like the preset ones because LShift is in a spot where my hand is in a weird position and I dont like Q for the ult ability. So yes feel free to share any ideas. thanks
I have a gaming mouse. I’ve set all my abilities to it, the only thing i use the keyboard for is movement. Gameplay is a lot smoother that way.
I agree… But Im still with a normal mouse. 
Sell your body until you have enough for a gaming mouse, they’re not that expensive. Until then you’re probably just going to have to deal with it.
And I’ve always been wondering why pro players use the default keys… I mean come on…
The only custom bind i have is pharahs concussive rocket on right click.
You play mostly Tracer or Widow, so I’ll reply for that. Keep in mind if LShift is awkard for you your hand is way different than mine where LShift is directly under my left pinky finger…
Tracer: RMB = Blink, Shift = Recall. Melee = M4. I keep Bomb on Q, which is not ideal but at least I don’t accidentally hit it. Some bind Bomb to RMB (and use keyboard blinks) or to M5.
Widow: Defaults, but Hold to scope not toggle.
I also use an Orbweaver keypad to play which I’ve found helps avoid wrist pain. But if you find a normal keyboard awkward likely you have small hands… and the Orbweaver is sized for medium to large.
Why would I want to hold and not toggle ? I didnt even know that there is a toggle option lol, thanks for that. With toggle is far more easier.
This is a bit late as it’s not my main account, but basically at high levels a scoped Widow = a dead Widow. Especially in Widow vs Widow matches if you don’t instantly unscope (which is trickier with toggle option) and move after a shot you’re just dead if you don’t killshot. Against very high skill opponents you basically have to change where you fire from each time, too. One peak shot, rotate. One peak, rotate. Because the aim of both Widows is so good that if you can guess where the other player is peeking from they’re basically dead. This is why team callouts, space, and ult vision are basically the determining factor in high elo Widow vs Widow duals… not aim.
Scroll wheel is really useful for heroes like Zarya and Zen.
Down for a self barrier/harmony orb, up for a projected barrier/discord orb, or in a different order, whatever you prefer.
I just find it harder to hold the right mouse button all the time while Im scoping , my arm/hand movement is not as smooth as it should be because Im focusing to hold the RM button, its a necessary action at least for me, IDK maybe ill go back to hold to scope someday, for now I want to try the toggle version and give it some time.
Bind Melee to right-click on Reaper and Winston, pretty fun.
