Ability concept for an Overwatch OC

It’s been a while since I’ve been in the forums, but I’ve wanted to share a concept of abilities for an Overwatch OC. My OC is a DPS melee hero since we still don’t have one of those. Please let me know what you guys think, if the kit is overpowered/underpowered, fun, interesting, etc. I’d love any feedback!

Hero: Aspire

Nationality: Native American

Faction: Overwatch

Age: 19

HP: 275 (All in white hp, no armor or shields)

Kinetic Knives: Wield two small knives that deal 40 damage per swing. Primary fire swings the right hand blade while secondary swings the left. They can be swung either in unison or separately. The swings have a range of 4ish meters?

Assassin’s Ambition (Passive): Crouch walk 20% faster and audible range of footsteps greatly reduced while crouch walking. Whenever you eliminate an enemy, you regenerate 60 hp over 1.5 seconds, assists will let you regenerate 30 hp for 1.5 seconds. Aspire also has the ability to wall climb like Genji/Hanzo/Kiriko.

Pounce: Leap forward and swipe your blades, press the input again 0.5 seconds after the pounce to leap backwards. 9s

Falcon drone: Send out your falcon drone to fire in a straight line. Each bullet does about 10-12 damage. 10s

Kinetic Boomerang (Ultimate): Combine both knives for 18 seconds, allowing you to throw them like a boomerang. It will travel up to 25 meters and deal 130 damage per hit. During this time, melee damage increases to 65. (Charge speed/amount: medium)

It has a very… Paladins cheese to it. A fully melee dps will suffer in this game

Idk i fsil to imagome the heros theme. First knjves then drone then boomerang? Feels odd. Also kit wise Id definitely lower hp while doubling up his engage potential. He can jump in but he cant stick on targets which as a melee flanker is lacking

Also he legitimately has less burst damage than brig.
