A way to get custom game metrics? "one day":tm:

I know it’s probably not gonna happen any time soon, but it would be really nice if game makers could see some metrics on their game mode.

Things like…

  1. Number of hours a game mode has been played.
  2. Number Unique players have played the game mode.
  3. Percentage of players that join during their “while you wait” time.

A monthly report or some kind of api that you can pass the import code to would be awesome.

No code, or ws related things.

Again. Also, please define unique. You mean players who have provided a different or special experience or perspective to the lobby or?

These are all stats on gamemodes, not ws.

When he says game modes, he’s talking about a custom workshop game, not Hybrid/Control, so yes, all he is saying is directly related to workshop for your game, not for Skirmish/whatever.

And ‘Unique Players/Visitors’ is a very common term for first time players/visitors…
