How Do You Think Soldier Being Gay Is Forced. they didnt pull out a pride flag and make a huge deal about it, they just casually mentioned it in a way that showed that he and ana have a bond over their lovelives being Rough and that because of the war he can’t have a normal life. to those saying it doesn’t fit his character, you do realize anyone can be gay/bi right? like literally anyone. there’s absolutely no reason everyone in overwatch couldn’t be bi/gay. let the gays have their two characters out of 29(30 if we’re including bob) and pls think deeply about why you’re upset about this. consult your local gay on if it truly does make sense for soldier to be gay. get over your homophobia, subconscious or blatant. chill out and let soldier like men.

As a sjw, I can confirm that Blizzard showed up to my house and yelled through my door that if I didn’t play Overwatch immediately I was homophobic. They did this for three hours until I finally gave in.

Except they didn’t. The story it’s self was the surprise, not soldier being gay.
People just got upset that ther ships sink, and to rise up agains each other.
What interesting is, when i asked someone who defended gay soldier if he would defend him if he would be straight and people would say it is forced he said something like “why its bad that i wona be represented”, i realy dont get anyone now in this pointles conflict.
Better way of doing this:
Just make one of the new characters gay. They can have their own lore and history.
Not good way to make a character gay:
Pretty much throwing a dart at a wall with all the current male characters and making gay whatever one the dart lands on.
