Has anyone else noticed an insane spike in booting in the past few weeks?
Boosting looks attractive because there is no solo-queue only mode. Solo-queuers are oppressed when they have to go against pre made teams every match. It’s unfair so I can’t blame them.
Pretty sure he means getting kicked out of games. And yes, my latency will spiike to 1000 and I get kicked and its insanely sad. Im just not really gonna play much till it’s fixed.
DDOS attacks have indeed become more common on console.

i haven’t heard of any ddos occurrences on playstation but on xbox i hear they’re growing to be more common

Yes. Because XBOX just hands out IP’s for free, and theres no way to prove that someone booted, so theres no reason not to do it.(other than competitive integrity)

Yes this is due to the website called xresolver you can type in the name of xbox or ps4 player and they will prob be on their and they can doss you it is bad

Yea I’ve moved on to only playing on my phones hotspot. Kinda sad how microsoft does almost nothing about it
40% of my games have ddosers in them now because I’m in GM on every role. Players who have been in plat for 4 years are now 4300 with 70% win rates on every hero because they just boot people off every single game.
I changed my IP but my teammates and enemies continue to get booted. The only options I have left are either play on a smurf in a rank low enough where people aren’t booting or just quit playing. I can’t take the ddosing anymore.
