I’m playing on a PS4. To the point, I want to get better at Widow. I’ve been adjusting my sensitivity off and on. Right now I’m able to track quickly unscoped, but scoped is quite a bit slower. I’m having trouble tracking speedy heroes.
Am I using the scope too much? Do you track unscoped, and then scope in?
There should be a setting called “Relative aim sensitivity while zoomed” and you can adjust anything per hero. I’m on PC so I’m not 100% sure but it SHOULD be the same for console versions… I think.

Np. Be sure to have Widow selected first. And it should be in the “hero & hud” part of the options.
