- exists
- has been plastered all over twitter
- shows up every few minutes on OWL broadcast
It’s so omnipresent in official OW social media that being unable to use it ingame is a noticeable omission.

I’ll be honest, I prefer the individual teams’ takes on it more, but that’s 20 different icons, not that I’d complain if they were all added. What really bothers me is that there’s none at all ingame when their social presence is drowning in it. It just reflects poorly on Blizzard, and in doing so they become the very thing that people typically against these sorts of things complain about.
And before anyone goes bUt ChInA, the Chengdu OWL team openly posted this:
on their Chinese social media, and they are the only team that is mostly comprised of PRC nationals. It wouldn’t be inaccurate to say that they are locally perceived to represent China more than the other 3.
