From forums, to youtube videos, to streams, people are talking about or either smurfing in lower ranks.
What made me wright this was the thread i saw a few minutes ago talking about a duo in bronze who was smurfing. He had video but i didnt see it because it was removed. Well i encountered a duo by the name of Alpha and Edge in silver/Gold and they spawn camped as Sombra + Tracer. The Tracer would even wipe the entire team by herself, in a silver game… They would also play widow and genji and soldier and mccres and just do whatever they wanted. Whether they were on my team or not. They didnt care about winning, they were just doing stuff.
Now this isnt the only instance of smurfs in low ranks. I have been seeing a lot of new accounts playing Widow and Hanzo and Tracer with almost “aimbot” like aim. And when the game is over they are the first to leave, which isnt much of anything but its what most top ranked players do when playing (i see from twitch) whether a win or lose they are out of that game and already searching for a new one. I also watched/watch a lot of high rank OW and can tell very good players from tge evg of those in silver/gold and ive notced some peoples movements are too… good.
Idk, but i guess the game is soo dead and boring that Diamond-GM people just have fun in bronze-gold now. I
