OW2 thinks many legacy players are new users and nothing has merged. So many people have said if there’s no fix for this, they just haven’t got it in them to start from scratch and my husband is one of those people. Please fix this. This isn’t just missing cosmetics. EVERYTHING is gone.

I couldn’t start from scratch either, my heart couldn’t take it .

Yeah I couldn’t start from scratch. I had over 500 hours of playtime. If they can’t get my account back then they have really messed up because I doubt any of their old fan base will be willing to play any of their games after this. I even “merged” my account at the beginning and it just started me as a new player. Tried to go back to overwatch one to see my account and that’s gone too now.

My account has been wiped too. Along with my partners. I can’t even submit a support ticket. There’s no catagory.
