the amount of bugs that i currently have on my nintendo switch version of overwatch is ridiculous. for starters, the home screen for overwatch is just a grey screen, there is no photo after the winter wonderland came out. second, my battle pass AND the winter wonderland event has horrendously wrong dates for when the events will end.(my battle pass says around 400 days left and WW says about 350 days left) over my quick play it says i’m banned for 326 days(started at 350 ish days) although i can still play quick play, and it doesn’t say it over anything else. i cannot join voice chat and get the error code (-1002), and have done all of the community fixes that they suggest(uninstalling the game, forcing a server reconnect, checked my wifi and connected to many different wi-fi’s, etc.) and i’ve purchased the formal tracer bundle, and i got everything besides the event tickets (575 tickets) which is why i bought the bundle on the first place. i brought all of these things up in tickets with blizzard and they have done nothing about it, and basically said i’m just screwed and they can’t do anything. the amount of bugs i have is insane, especially considering i’ve never had issues with my game before other than purchasing issues. i’m convinced blizzard just hates switch players at this point tbh

I have the Winter Bundle issue on Switch as well. I really hope they’re reading the reports about it. I don’t just want a coin refund.

when i put in the ticket they replied and said basically to suck it up and ask for a refund 
they didn’t say they were looking into it or anything like that at all, which sucks because i paid money for smth and didn’t get it but yeah. hopefully they are looking for a fix, we’ll see soon.
