A good doomfist is by far the best character to watch in my opinion. The gameplay is hands down impressive.
If a Widow/Tracer/Genji/… keeps destroying my team, I get frustrated and annoyed.
On the other hand, if a Doomfist facerolls my team, I somehow don’t mind too much because it feels different.
I don’t know if this is a popular opinion but, it feels like DF is the character with the highest skill ceiling in this game.
definitely agree. The gameplay is so fluid. Like jazz. Or something.
I hope more people play him, or he gets adjusted in some way like Sym did … a rework to make him more viable? The hype for him went on for MONTHS and then he collected dust.
I prefer watching good Junkrats rolling enemy team with dem explosives.
What makes it most satisfying is seeing a good doomfist defy all laws of countering physics and destroys pharmercy combo.
not me. I’m actually fine with genji and tracer. Because whenever i see one of them being too good, I consider it a challenge. But a good doomfist is just frustrating. There’s almost nothing you can do against them, specially if their team plays around them.

People used to say that about Genji when Widow was one body-shotting Zen and Tracer; McCree melting tanks left and right and anything foolish enough to go near him.
If the frequency of Doomfist facerolling your team goes up, chances are the admiration will wither and die, and the ashes turn to salt, as it did for Genji.
Actualy i get a lot df who dont even need team to rekt my team in 1 v 6
It’s like pure art when a doomfist just comes flying out of nowhere uppercuts and eliminates a pharah. Brandito inspired me to main him along with Sombra

while i hate the spammy nature of junkrats just like anyone else and i almost never play him, i’m not going to lie, when i do play him and random spam, there’s no greater sound than the “schnick” of damage being dealt without actually knowing someone was there or really aiming all that much, and there’s no greater visual than the crosshairs showing the damage indicator without seeing any characters…

It’s one of those situations like when I play with (or against) a good Ana where I’m honestly just impressed that someone took the time and effort to get that good with him. I’m still annoyed if my team is getting rolled, but it’s a different kind of annoyed for sure
A good doomfist is also the scariest thing, next to a good widow that is.
