My purchase of the Wyvern Mercy skin in October 2024 has been erased from my Battle.net transaction history and in-game hero gallery. I’m unable to find the Order ID or invoice number through my Battle.net transaction history. After contacting support, my issue is unresolved.
GM Dohabymu recommended I submit a bug report, since I believe there is a display or tracking issue with my purchase history. I have screenshots of my one and only account using the skin, but I was informed that without the ID I can no longer find, I can’t be helped.
