This is to address all damage amplifiers in the game, reducing their overall effectiveness, and providing suitable compensation buffs for the big hit to the said hero’s utility. There’s also a few other balance changes thrown in to heroes without damage boosts, purely based on how I think they’re doing. With that said, let’s get into it.
General:
- Damage Boost effects now grants 40% additional ultimate charge, up from 30%
Tank:
Junker Queen:
Adrenaline:
- Healing adjusted from 1.5x bleed damage done to a flat 3 HP/s per tic of bleed damage
- Bleed procs now stack up to 2 times on a single target
- Bleed duration reduced from 6 seconds to 5 seconds
Carnage:
- Cooldown reduction on hit reduced from 2 seconds to 1 second
Commanding Shout:
- Overhealth now decays at 20 HP/s on allies
- Maximum Overhealth on allies increased from 50 to 75
- Now grants the Junker Queen 20% damage mitigation to all incoming damage for 3 seconds
Ramattra:
Monk Stance
General:
- Health adjusted in the ratio of H:A from 450 to 300/150
Ravenous Vortex:
- Vortex height increased from 7m to 21m
- Damage reduced from 15/s to 0
- Vortex radius increases from 6m to 8m
- Enemies inside the vortex are now Crippled, preventing the usage of movement abilities
Annihilation:
- Ultimate Cost increased by 10%
- Movement Speed Bonus reduced from 20% to 15%

B.O.B:
- Health adjusted from 1,200 in the ratio H:A to 900/300
Support:
Ana
Nano Boost:
- Damage Boost modifier reduced from 50% to 35%
- Healing increased from 250 to 350
- Ultimate Cost reduced by 10%
Mercy
Caduceus Staff:
Secondary Fire:
- Damage Boost modifier reduced from 30% to 20%
Resurrect:
- Cooldown reduced from 30 seconds to 25 seconds
- Movement Speed Penalty increases from -75% to -50%
Valkyrie:
- Ultimate cost increased by 12%
- Duration reduced from 15 seconds to 12 seconds
Caduceus Staff:
- Now has target priority
Primary Fire:
- Primary Fire healing increased from 60 to 85
- Primary Fire chained healing reduced from 60 to 50
Secondary Fire:
- Secondary Fire damage boost modifier increased from 20% to 30%
- Secondary Fire chained damage boost modifier reduced from 30% to 20%
Resurrect:
- Cast time reduced from 1.75 seconds to 1.3 seconds
Zenyatta
Orb of Destruction:
- Damage increased from 48 to 52
- Reloading from an empty magazine now triggers Zenyatta’s Shield Health to regenerate
Orb of Harmony:
- Healing per second increased from 30 to 35
- Projectile speed increased from 90m/s to 120m/s
Orb of Discord:
- Damage Boost modifier reduced from 25% to 20%
- Projectile Speed increased from 90m/s to 120m/s
