You really need to adjust these modifiers. They are fake and do not reflect players gameplay in any way.

Before small package chimes in, yes we know, they had slightly higher mmr.
The point is why do they have higher mmr when they are clearly worse players? And why is this so common?

Imagine hating a game so much that you’re unhappy even when you win, and still force yourself to play the game every single day just to continue complaining and being unhappy about the game 
Are they?
Skill can be really inconsistant depending on map, comp, daily performance.
Overall, on average, they are not worse players. One match just isn’t indicative for this, but no one understands this.
