Life is hard, we all have problems however big or small they are and a little kindness goes a long way. If your plans don’t pan out then I will offer to help. I can draw a custom print of Mercy for the young lady if you think it will be a good birthday present.
I can make Mercy in her favorite skin doing some healing action or battle Mercy, or maybe incorporate some of her personalities into it.

It’s a really nice thing you’re doing for your friend, BUT…

  • you’d already contacted PR, the lack of response is kinda your answer there.
  • support said no and suggested you try the forums

but

  • threads like this are kinda against forum rules.

It also sets a ‘precedent’ (Blizz do this for you and then can be quoted on doing by anyone else asking for the same in the future.)

Wouldn’t just posting a thread where people can wish your friend well be enough?
