P.S. Believe or not, I don’t even much care about pilot-D.Va build; rather about how the worst Stadium tank (and a solid contender for being the worst hero overall) got nerfed while the Stadium best tank (and a solid contender for being the best hero overall) got buffed

Nerf the Pilot buid, sure. But at least make D.Va viable in Stadium first.
D.Va launched with garbage Perks, too. It took them a full season to even begin to fix that situation. I’m sure they’ll get there with Stadium too.
