I thought this was going to be another thread with someone moaning about how they didn’t get what they wanted from a lottery.
I’m not moaning, I understand that what Im paying for is a lottery, but god damn it was like a lot of boxes with pure crap

If you got the old legendaries, every time you get an event legendary from boxes you get for playing it will be the new one.
I know you’re not, which is why I meant I’m surprised because these threads are always complaints when it’s like public knowledge how the lootbox system already works.
Think you paid some OW team devs for free events/ contents for us. Thanks. 
Save up enough credits before each event to buy all of last year’s legendaries. You’d definitely get all the new ones within 100 boxes that way (actually probably within about 80 or so).
Im tempted to buy 20 lootboxes to get that lucio skin,

You’re level 61. You don’t have much unlocked thus the pool for your legendaries is pretty large still.
I have most legendaries unlocked so when I get one from a loot box it’s almost always going to be one from the event.

You probably would have a better time spending that much on Team Fortress 2 or CS:GO because at least you can turn a profit off duplicates that can be change around for other things of higher potential quality with trade ups and trading within the E-Market.
I mean, it’s luck. I have bought 25 boxes and got 3 legendaries in the past.

lel I’ve opened 13 or 14 boxes so far and gotten no legendaries at all which is a really bad ratio

How does the legendary chance roll? I thought after a certain number of boxes you were guaranteed to get legendaries, do they have the legendary roll separate for event and normal items?
I got it in my first few boxes. Hoping for Moira and a few others before I have to spend credits.
