I can’t stay connected at all. I am on Verizon Fios in the Boston area. It seems to work when I use my VPN. Not sure why my traceroute isn’t showing any additional hops.

aw man, some of those comments on that tweet harsh tho. Blizz rarely messes up and everyone over there be demanding it be fixed instantly. No Karen, they don’t have an on and off switch to flick to magically make things work again. What’s up with the entitlement tho? the cultural differences amuse me.

I stopped at the hop that seems to have a high ping. Live in southeast USA connecting to Americas region. a little googling tells me that hop belongs to Blizzard? hop 12

I’m having this issue and i have Verizon as well #verizongang
Same thing for me too. Ethernet connection, internet provider is Verizon Fios. Can’t even play WoW either.
I also use Verizon and I am on the East Coast, my friend also is having the same issue from the same provider & location. So weird. #VerizonGang Hope it gets fixed by the time I get home from work or I will cry.

Edit: My location is South-Eastern United States, Verizon Fios ISP.
It doesn’t show any hops because the upstream Verizon router changes the TTL for ICMP packets that Windows tracert uses and it will not work. If you use Linux or Mac, UDP is used instead of ICMP for traceroute and it will work.
Argentina - Americas (ISP, Arnet). I know that our servers were closed past Friday, but during the weekend I played without issues.
Now I’m being kicked while I’m on the menu.
7 hours and going strong… all of the North East are effected. Isnt there a reset button for Blizzard? Shouldn’t take this long even for Over Watch… this is beyond absurd.
