Mei is getting a net nerf in the grand scheme of things. They are just making her more annoying against everyone and mostly tanks. She will be popular because now theres only 1 tank to kill so that slow will be very problematic.
In 1v1 combat she will be way worse imho.
Inb4 the forums inevitably complain how broken he is
