I wish that were true. But nope, Doom can still just jump in for free and punch me to stun and thats it, Kiri is done, auto kill right there, cant do anything about it. Super high skill on the Doom’s part of course.

I’m 100% against that for multiple reasons, the main one being that he’s an incredibly fun tank to play. We need more of that, not less, especially if we end up going back to 6v6. That said, the Slam CD increase(s) also have me scratching my head in dismay.
Yea it’s a bad idea to flip flop like that imo. I’m not a Doom player so won’t really have an opinion on him. 2-2-2 was fun last night, though.

Doomfist is OP in 6v6.
Hard disagree. Doomfist still ruins this mode like he ruins most modes. He needs even more nerfs, especially now that he gets Zarya bubbles, too. I think he was in every game I played yesterday. Ugh.

btw the last time doom got a nerf before this was october 2023. its been 1 year and 2 months
i mean it doesnt matter what rank you are, if thats ur rank it just means the enemy doom that skill diffed u is also similar rank so i dont see the point, still skill issue

The issue I see with the dude, is he’s an empowered punch bot, which is more effective in 6v6 as teams tend to more often play as units.
I’d personally love for him to be a DPS again.

I guess I put too much effort (or not enough negativity) into my post a few hours back about Doomfist’s state of balance in 6v6? There’s a relatively easy fix that doesn’t involve throwing in the towel and making him a DPS, I’m indeed worried they’re not sure what they’re doing, though.
Basically, Doomfist feels clunky. His punch is still as oppressive as it is in 5v5, but everything else in his kit feels terrible to play. If you want a less “OP”, more well rounded and more fun Doomfist, you’ll probably want to see some power from punch going into slam instead.
