500+ ping constantly

Normally my ping is in the 60-80, but today it is staying above 500 at all times. Tried the normal things like resetting router/modem and checking for updates. I do have a wired ethernet connection to the router. Thanks in advance!

The home equipment looks good, and your ping to the ISP node is occasionally hitting 76-77ms. However, the nodes after that are jumping to 343ms. And it keeps climbing from there into the 700ms range. Unfortunately, this isn’t something you can remedy on your own, and you’ll need to alert the ISP of what’s happening. They may already know, but it wouldn’t hurt to call.
