I was in a control game for lijang tower and idk if this is only a bug on the map but the enemy zarya had 4 perks, everyone in the game could see it but i couldnt confirm if the zar actually had all 4 perks apply to her.
Easy to recreate: just press alt and choose both perks really fast, not at the same time after each other but fast and you get both perks, do it a second time you have 4.
