who do you decide to use so its actually successful? for me it would be roadhog, reaper, junkrat and either moira or sombra not too sure
obviously both roadhog and junkrat have a tonne of experience with robbing things, reaper is very good at coming up with plans and so is roadhog, if there is a door in the way either roadhog can run through it, junkrat can explode it or sombra can hack it
Moira, McCree, Reaper and Genji. 
roadhog, junkrat, sombra, and doomfist, roadhog and junkrat have robbed more than enough banks to know what to do, sombra can hack cameras or doors, and doomfist can punch down doors that need punching without the sound of junk’s explosives.
For me its
Roadhog,junkrat,sombra and symmetra
Roadhog kills and tanks
Junkrat open up vaults via explosion
Sombra hacks if explosives didnt work
Symmetra for a get away with a tp.
Its probably the most odd group but hey it makes sense. Hehe
Som- Hacks cameras and other electronics.
Widow- Can sneak in or watch perimeter
Ana- Can sleep guards
Genji- Quick in and out, pretty much a fail-safe
hogie junkie , moira, and sombra sound like a crack pot team to rob a bank with. the 4 of them could pritty much take a bank in a few mins get the loot get out and be gone. though junk rat might blow the bank up as your leaveing but over all is that a bad thing ?
Sombra- Obviously Hacking and Infiltrating the Control Room to disable Cameras and Alarms.
Widowmaker- Watching the perimeter from some building, she can kill whoever looks like a threat.
Reaper- If the robbery becomes an unavoidable failure and we get ambushed he can Death Blossom them to death.
Symmetra- Quick Teleport to escape and she can also help setting some defenses if the robbery takes time
Sombra, to turn off security systems.
Genji to take out security systems/guards.
Torbjorn to open the vault.
Symmetra to teleport the loot and the other three back out of the bank.
Mei, Mei, Mei, and Mei. She’s a devil, aren’t devlis evil??

Sombra can get past the security
Junkrat can blow up the safe
Roadhog is the muscle, so he can beat up guards and carry everything
Lucio is the getaway frog
I would just choose the devs. They already robbed us of potential improvement in the game.
all you need is sombra/tracer
one to hack the security system, tracer to blink in and rewind out

Tracer to make it fast.
Lucio to make it faster
And Junkrat to blow everything up when we leave.

If they can get out of Venice against an entire army of blinking assassins, high caliber snipers and double miniguns weilding heavies, then robbing a bank would be easy.

What do you do now?
Mine is (not in any order)
Reinhardt, Junkrat, Lucio and Tracer
Reinhardt and Lucio can team up to clear the front line of guards (whack and speed boost)
Junkrat can work on destroying the vault to the loot.
Tracer can work on taking out any incoming reinforcements by sticking pulse bombs to their vehicles.
Lucio can then speed boost everyone to escape.
Soldier, Sombra, Tracer, and Orisa.
Soldier would distract the bankers.
Sombra would hack the security system.
Tracer would take the money.
Orisa would distract everyone with her puppy.
Sombra - Hack security and open the vault.
Roadhog - Intimidate guards/employees into behaving.
Widow - Watch for police from a distance.
Symmetra - Teleport money out of the bank and gives a clean getaway.
You might be able to get more money through the teleporter by swapping Widow out for someone like Rein but this seems like the safest option.
Mama Hong, she enters the bank , looks in the direction of the employees and 1 second later she is surrounded by all the money they have and has a plane waiting in the middle of the street.
Sombra - Hacking cameras/alarms.
Widowmaker - Can check where everyone is with infra sight.
Junkrat - Can explode the vault.
Symmetra - can create a teleporter to escape the crime scene.
