Why not making a 3vs3 Comp Mode? I hate that there are this much threwers out there and it is not possible to carry a game complete by yourself.
Why not find 3 more friends and make it a 6vs6?
If you are fed up with the current ranking system, try scrims.
Find a team and do scrims with them. They play real overwatch. Not the solo Q version.
For me its hard to find the time where also 5 of my friends can play most time i have only one of my friends who also can play
There is a competitive 3v3 mode that comes around, i think once a year for 3 weeks.
