Other than the already-reported-multiple-times issue of no longer being able to enter a name for your highlight saves (and can only rename them afterwards) there is another issue:
If you replay an already-saved highlight back and hit Esc during it, it flips you all the way out to the Home menu screen instead of back to the Highlights listing, which has a second annoying effect - it has to reload all of your saved highlights every time. If you let the full saved highlight play until the end it will bring you back to the highlights screen though.
