In 2024, we got Venture, Hazard and Juno, 3 very cool heroes with unique kits. Juno in particular got her time to shine in the meta for a while. What will 2025’s heroes be like?

…You say that like they’ve ever added a “cute teenage girl” character. They haven’t. They’ve actually given us some really interesting characters and designs. Juno is my favourite of the three.
Not the topic at hand and i disagree. He was fine and is still fine. Any nerfs he’s received are solely to pull him back out of the meta so the game doesn’t get stale.

Venture? Cool? The character is an absolute travesty, and easily one of the worst designed heroes in the game.
I’d say she’s cool, yeah. She’s kinda like old Doomfist with her combo focused gameplay but with a unique flavor.
While feeling unfair.
Venture gains shield HP for merely pressing buttons (without even needing to deal damage like DPS Doom), and CCs you to death, and has mobility, and has an immortality ability.
DPS Doom actually had to take immense risks to secure value. Venture does not.
On top of all that, they’re not even an attractive character. Venture has nothing good going for them.
I would like to see some heroes related to the Overwatch team but I have no idea what that would entail. Just something about the lore with the team and talon.
Since we just got a tank and support last, I guess the next is DPS, right? I honestly have no idea what they could do but I hope it’s a bit more grounded and simple. Like a rifle machine gun type of character. Something basic like Soldier but a mix of that and Cassidy I guess. Sure, mild mobility would be cool but idk I just want something that focuses on the FPS side of the game again instead of weird lock on abilities or melee attacks.
I wouldn’t call Roadhog an attractive character or a “fair” character but he’s still great to have around.
Elaborate. The character is fine. I like their personality, their story and their in-game kit.
I don’t want to sound like im ragging you but Venture’s pronouns are They/Them.
Venture requires taking high risks to pull off successful plays. To counter them, just be prudent of their presence and be ready to take evasive action.
I’ve been wanting to see a flamethrower character in the game for a while. We almost had it with beta Wrecking Ball and i’ve even been working on my own fanmade Flamethrower support hero. I think it’d be very interesting to see that type of weapon introduced into the game.
I would absolutely call Roadhog attractive. Maybe not in the “traditional” sense but societal definitions of beauty are bs anyway.

I don’t really think about it that much for the video game character, so I say she by default. I would be more mindful if it were an actual person.
