I’m in Canada, set to americas region. I invite my bud whos in japan, hes set to americas region. We purely only get japan servers. why?
second question, if anyone would be so kind, what ip range or w/e do I block to stop getting asia servers?

They removed region select with the last crossplay update. I never used this feature but there’s been tons of people complaining about that
Doesnt explain why we get exclusively japan servers though. Supposedly it’s supposed to jump from datacenter to datacenter when grouped with someone, but we exclusively get japan servers when we’re grouped up.
When I solo queue I get a lot of NA servers. When he’s solo he gets a variety of asian servers. When we group, its 100% japan servers though.
