So I played 5 games in competitive and had the same two people in it each time throwing the game on their “smurf” or alt accounts. 2 of those games were on my team before I avoided them and they were on the enemy team for the other 3. No one in either of my games was having fun on both teams and they were both constantly rude in match chat to everyone as well. Blizzard please ban them for their unruly behavior.

haha i like the “top500bronze” name, i usually joke a lot in chat and will say “top 500 bronze player coming through” and such.
Some peoples fun is ruining the fun for everyone else. Not much you can do about it except stick to single player games? I don’t think you’re supposed to name and shame on the forum, the best you can do is report them in game and delete this post before you get banned yourself.
I have known the case of a person who used multiple smurfs for the sole purpose of throwing the matches in the bronze rank.
Each time one of his smurfs went up too high in rank, or be banned, he went to the next.
These people know so much that Blizzard does absolutely nothing against the creation of a series of toxic smurfs that they no longer try to hide.
The successive names of his smurfs were of the type “Qwerty01” “Qwerty02” “Qwerty03” “Qwerty04” “Qwerty05” …

It’s even worst in League of Legends.
Played 3 games last night. 2 of them had people with smurf in their names. One of them was “smurfonyoass”
I uninstalled. I’ll see how season 9 changes are but as of now it’s been months since I’ve had fun playing ranked in this game. It’s literally just the smurf lottery and they don’t even try to hide it anymore.
