Im on PTR rn, and its not the experimental card
All I’ve been able to see so far is that Patch Notes are viewable in game now, rather than open a browser with them.

I think the beam sound for Echo is different
For OW that’s probably a minor hero skin bug fix.
It was like 1.5GB when I saw it. Usually some sort of feature is added to like workshop plus bug fixes; but no idea.
DAMN A LOT OF communications lines added in the binding tab !!!
They have added a button to reset the basket ball in the spawn room of control points (the overwatch drop ship spawn room)

but the part thats important to everyone is the comms wheel being customizable
