Im gold/plat for like forever. Not for long tho because of 15 losses in a row and it has been like that for this entire season. 4 wins total of like 40 games. teams i get are so bad dps with no damage (smth 2k per round), tanks that run in and die. support that cant play. When i win its just a random c9 or smth.
Its not bad luck anymore. This is unplayable. Plat should not play with bronze players in there team. what the f are u suppose to do with them.
Any one else got the same problem? I really think they broke the game with this season. Not gonne play the game anymore after lots of years.
If you lose 15 games in a row itâs 100% on you. Sure, a few games can be blamed on your teammates, but you can avoid people and keep queuing and eventually win. The ranked ladder has been completely skewed since launch. Iâve seen Overwatch 1 gold players in my GM games. Thatâs when I decided not to play this game competitively anymore. Iâm willing to bet that the majority of your losses are on you.
If you go up against smurfs 15 times, youâre gonna lose 15 times. Its statistically possible. I wonât even bother with all the other possibilities that would result in 15 loses that are outside of a single playerâs control out of 5. Loses/winâs are not solely the result of your performance unless youâre hard carrying or throwing (extreme cases), but for casuals, no, just no, no, and no againâŚ
The game can forcibly downrank you to different tiers as it sees fit by giving you around a 20% chance of winning. If youâre on a 15 loss streak and have been playing honest (not boosted) then itâs definitely not you and is definitely the game. Just stop playing, itâs wasting your time, you have NOTHING to show for all the time youâve spent in this game.
I would be curious to see a replay code. The closer the game the better. Stats are mostly insignificant unless you are severely underperfoming.
That being said, 35+ losses does not sound fun, lol. Could even just be a very very long string of bad luck. If you are really plat level, and you get pushed down to silver lobbies, youâll probably carry every game and at least get to gold or something. I hope if you decide to continue playing that you will win more
nah bro, meme making in actimeme bli$$ardâs overmeme 2 video âgameâ is literally atrocious, the worst i have ever seen in any game
nearly every game is a steamroll either against or in your advantage, it literally sucks a$$ and they cant do anything about it because they are clueless
You say that yet Iâve had 7 losses in a row today and every single one had leavers on my team soâŚ
The game is pretty much unplayable. I donât know what theyâve done but itâs worse than ever. Pretty clear the game just doesnât have a clue of anyoneâs actual skill level so the matchmaker doesnât stand a chance. Itâs literally pot luck.
The odds of you going up against smurfs for 15 games in a row, no matter the rank, is NOT statistically plausible. Iâve seen smurfs very infrequently and there is a 45% chance that the smurfs will be on YOUR TEAM. You are the only variable in your games that doesnât change. If you are losing that many games that consistently, it is 100% your fault.
I have the same problem. Canât play any mode because itâs the same sh1t all the time. Since S5 started, Iâve been paired with new players ALL THE TIME. Like literally 4 people with no icon and lvl 1 endorsement. I canât have a fun match at all, always one sided games. I NEVER had this issue in OW1. Of course there were some unfair matches here and there, but thatâs the usual now since OW2 launched. I have no idea why matchmaking is this awful (either not enough player base or a marketing strategy idk). Also, the ranking system is so dumb like, who cares if both tanks are plat if the dps are bronze and the supports are silver? Like do you expect one person to carry the whole team? Whatâs the point? Everybody in the team should be the same rank but wellâŚ.
I havenât played Comp in forever⌠like since Season 1 of OW2, and prior to that in OW1 I only ever placed in every season (and some seasons I played many games, but still 190 comp hours across every season from OW1, and 2 seasons in OW2).
I peaked at high plat in Tank and Support, and all of a sudden I tried comp this season (currently 3-2 on Tank) and all my matches have been Plat 2 or Plat 1 lobbies⌠is it putting me closer to my MMR?
When I was playing ranked in OW1 last season I was getting out of Plat back into high gold. Now all of a sudden I take a break from comp for basically the entirety of OW2 and Iâm now in Plat 2/1 which is near Diamond right? I never hit Diamond in OW1.
I dont know the complete feeling i just had back to back games with supports so bad it was unbelievable. Tanks not getting healed dps not healed. Unwinnable. These are clearly bronze supports in plat diamond games.
Canât remember if I lost more after but yesterday I checked my results for the day and was at 8 losses in a row. I know I lost more after, just donât know if the match right after too.
It has been like that for this entire season? How long is this season, 3 weeks? So 21 days at 15 losses almost every day and 50/50 on other days, so⌠15 days with 15 losses each? Thatâs 225 losses, assuming each loss is a about -22 SR, thatâs 4950 SR down the drain. Starting from Plat youâre about -2500 SR right now. Youâre lower than the lowest who ever played this game. You might just be the worst player to ever touch the game in its entire lifetime and that includes people whoâre playing with one arm.
God bless.
Classic âmy team is bad, but Iâm the god gamerâ. Nah bro youâre the dog tamer, youâre just as bad. Live with it, stop deluding yourself.
Havenât touched comp much, but some days even in qp you just fall into queues where everyone on one team are all silver and bronze, and everyone on the other team are diamond + for like 10-20 games in a row. And yes thatâs qp, but I can imagine itâs not exclusive to qp. I donât queue qp to expect wins nor losses, just to enjoy and do my best. But matchmaking really has been odd lately, or just majority of the people who are playing these days are very inconsistent.
At the end of the day, rank fluctuates and random win loss streaks will occur through pure rng, but if you play a lot especially in low active player periods, this rng may be more risky than usual. Weekends seem to be somewhat fine and more consistent, but thatâs about it.
I donât play enough to make a hard assessment, so take my words with a grain of salt.
Dude the match making is so messed up. Last season i went 15 and 0 and it was because im masters 1 support and because queue were so long the loby was mostly gold players its not fair for them to be stommed by 2 master players while everyone else is gold. This is all match making and how they make it broaden the group after a while
