I swear, always enormous tank and dps gap every single game. How can people be so bad in this game i can not imagine.

Game is trash. Not to mention filled with aimbots.
You aren’t protected as such, you just will be more likely to be on the team with a smurf. If you lose anyway, you’ll get the Reversal modifier and lose additional SR.
The difference in the teams ratings may be quite small most of the time. something to the effect of 1-5% higher chance of winning by their estimates.
And its not guaranteed you will be put into the stronger team; as they stated:
they will -try- to put you in the stronger team & most matches will have a team that has a slightly higher chance of winning.
Perfect for the smurfs looking to derank quickly.

Before that game, I had the most toxic, throwing teamates ever. Mostly in groups.
After 9 losses in a row tonight, and then got loss protecting. got this game in kings row, it was the most nice game I had for 2-3 years. THanks VPH0YS

EDIT: I see a lot of really long Push Maps in that list, as well as 1-2 Control or 3-4 Escord or whatever losses.
That’s not giving enormous tank and DPS gap every single game to me. It’s giving… You’re just losing matches.
It would be interesting to see the scoreboard of those matches so that we can see what comps were being run and the relative output of the players on each team, though.
There’s nothing competitive about this game’s comp mode just play it for what it is quick play with extra rounds

system have algorithm and people get rigged games. forced win or loss.
something very wrong … i lost 50 games won 20 …in gold … yet im plat before this. somethingwrong.
People got boosted because aiming is easier now.
So people who were kept lower because your aim was better than theirs are now equal in aim skill.
So if their awareness and positioning are better than yours, they are now higher than you. Which means that you lose games that you used to win, because your enemies hit their shots better now.

I’ve noticed that stomps have happened more since season 9, since supoorts can’t fix small positioning errors anymore.
Where before you could take a second to strafe behind a wall while being healed, you now die in the exact same scenario.
Making aiming more forgiving made the game less forgiving. You’re even a littlebit out of position and you’ll get punished, with very little counterplay possibilities from your team. (Apart from shields and invulnerabilities)
Yeah I’m in one of these extremely obvious patches right now. I’m just throwing the game to get it over with faster.
