I purchased 10 tier battle pass from the shop but it didn’t score in my account. I reached Oracle title then I made the purchase and I’m still in this progress.
There was no restriction note on the purchase page and the whole payment went smoothly without any trouble.
I’ve contacted the GM earlier and they asked me to make a “bug report” so you can investigate it ?

The exact same thing happened to me i am also at Oracle tier and made the purchase with nothing getting added to my battle pass level.

Just out of curiosity: Why should you buy 10 BP tiers for 20 €/$?
If you really want faster progress, just watch the OWL. You get 1 Bp Tier per 2 hours watched. these 20€/$ are just thrown out the window.

You get BP tiers from OWL streams??? I havent gotten any, only OWL tokens.
i spent the Overwatch coins which i just had to many of hahahha
with which you could have bought two BPs or a legendary skin but you use it to save a bit of time.
