I get that “potential” is not a great argument, but Shield Bash, realistically, should be doing more than just 5 damage.
The one I played against constantly blinked around me to bait shield bash then would go in for a 1 clip after slowy doing that
I thought the combo was 155dmg, not 200. Also, 155 damage combo, for using an ENTIRE KIT, is actually quite low. Just look at that new Flashbang + FtH combo damage potential.

I can agree on that.
I still think bash is a better stun than flash but we can agree to disagree on that subject.
still happens, it’s just a mind game, like genjis deflect. but you can bypass that by throwing it just close enough but not into his deflect.
but yeah mind games doesn’t mean it never happens, it’s just tricky to pull off.
I just think the situations in which they are used are different. McCree stuns to kill, and Brigitte stuns to scare people off temporarily, and so that she has more opportunity to push out AOE heals.
Obviously both can interrupt animations.

imo ever since the hitbox nerf genjis deflect became less of a mind game cause you didn’t have to worry about it being deflected from behind Genji or something.
I’m not saying mind games means it never happens or anything and I apologize if my wording is off.

you have to be more like reaper, bait them into a small area where you can hit them.
your trash out in the open against a tracer as she got all the play room to play around you and all you have is a 4 second cd whipshot to defend yourself with in those cases unless you manage to bait them.
don’t chase the tracer, just out position her where she can’t threaten you as easily.

Not all Tracers fall for that sadly and tbh im getting tired of playing against them I don’t think its fair she should be good in every situation

Not really, actually. It’s a pseudo-buff that doesn’t actually do anything in practice and was basically just there to offset the backlash of her nerfs.

The only time I ever drop sheild is to refresh my heal buff and I haven’t had any issues.

sorry can’t help you. the only thing you can do is whittle her down as safely as you possibly can. or try to end her if she gets low.

another tip for brig players also, her inspire healing reaches as far as her whipshot, meaning you can kind of heal anything within whipshot range, so if someone is fighting about a whipshot lengths away from you and you manage to whipshot their enemy, your ally pretty much gets inspired and you don’t have to waste a repair pack.
Dont get one clipped lol. Tracer isn’t hard to deal with.
As a player thats been playing Mercy and or supports since like season 5 with 1200 hours up till now i can say that Tracer isn’t hard to deal with, and this includes like gm/top 500 tracer players. back when i was in GM near my peak, before brig came out, i was constantly playing with top 500 tracer players like Jay3 (J3sus) and i was able to do very well against them, i dont think tracer is hard to deal with.
I honestly think that tracer was great as meta, she made the game fun for me as a support player. When brig was meta it was just kind of like ok just heal now and you win, before to win id have to outplay the enemy dive and thats what i was best at, thats what got me to GM in the first place. In my opinion, i love tracer.

It is insane, its 330 + 25 + 330 to tanks (easy to land).
Ive seen Taimou’s video of him ganking masters and GMs and i was laughing at first but then … yeah its scary.
