I just don’t understand why they didn’t lower it to 20dmg, or even 15dmg. Down to 5 seems hefty. I guess they were trying to make it on par with Flashbang?
But Flashbang has an AOE stun, that can actually stun multiple people around it. Shield Bash can only hit one target, and you have to actually land the hit. I’m not saying Flashbang is OP, because it’s not, it’s more of an example of how different they are.
Shield Bash should do more damage than Flashbang.
