I understand that there may be many people on the battle.net servers, but how are they gonna throw an estimated wait time of <1 minutes and then make you sit in queue for 10 mins, I don’t get it. Does anyone have any ways of bypassing the queue?

Derank so that your queues are actually less than a minute… 
I’m talking about how there is a wait to just open the battle.net app and launch overwatch

Queue times in this game are wonky for me. Some nights it will tell me support is 5 minutes while DPS is 1 minute, consistently throughout the whole session. But queuing both, I get support most games.
I’ll also have nights where tank is 3 minute wait, everything else is 1 minute. Yet it I flex all 3 roles I get nothing but tank.
That is… pretty special.

They are talking about something weirder… the queue to be logged into an overwatch server in the first place.
Yeah, queue times are terrible for me as well. Usually vary from 5 minutes to more than 20 minutes. This is Bronze 1 MMR range in NA too. I wish the days where queue times were less than a minute still existed.
