more like who will not function properly…bugs and such
and i doubt they do much actual balancing…the intent is for it to be the original game…go experience it so to speak
the more interesting part will be how everyone feels about a bunch of stuff that was either not fun or not good enough once before, in like a weeks time

is the patch due out an hour from now? or two?
I expect they’ll let chaos reign for the most of it, especially at the beginning when we have no limits.
The point is to go back to the way the game was in 2016, not to try to do that and then also go through the process of balancing it again. That’s what their later experiment of 6v6 in OW2 is for.
I’m sure some people will use it for “see how bad the game used to be!?” but I for one am going to enjoy the unbalanced chaos of Overwatch before it went all in on trying to be a esport.
