General

  • Reverted the change that made knockback the same to all heroes regardless if they had some form of knockback resistance.
  • Damage reduction from armor now increased from -5 damage to -7 damage

    • Cooldown decreased from 10 to 8 seconds
    • Health increased from 600 to 900
  • Fortify
    • Cooldown decreased from 10 to 8 seconds
    • Damage reduction increased from 40% to 50%

  • Rocket Hammer
    • Rate of fire increased from 0.95 seconds per swing to 0.8 seconds per swing

    • Rate of Fire increased from 1.5 seconds per burst to 1.3 seconds per burst

  • New ability: Vampiric Fiery
    • If reaper confirms a kill, a glowing orb will appear in the eliminated hero. Reaper can wish to consume that soul to increase its damage attack, speed, and resistance for 10 seconds, but self-destructs when its over.
    • Only when Reaper lands the finishing blow
    • Hellfire shotgun damage increased from 6 to 9
    • Hellfire shotgun rate of fire increased by 30%
    • Ammo becomes infinite
    • Ultimate becomes unusable
    • Damage reduction of 20%
    • Cooldown of 15 seconds; only starts after Reaper eliminates another target

      • (ex: Genji’s shurikens cannot knock her out because they individually do 28 (or 30 if you count this) damage but Junkrat’s mines will because they do 130 damage)
    • Damage decreased from 120 to 100
    • Headshot multiplier removed
  • Venom Mine
    • Damage over time increased from 75 to 80
    • Can now hold 2 Venom Mines

go ahead. i didn’t finish the supports yet btw and i doubt im keeping torb where he is. also if some of these changes aren’t good, they probably aren’t. I’ll update this when im actually awake. sorry lol

Respect, I like the ideas and where your head is thinking anyways! Prob harder to speculate in my head, need more time to read and process, would be cool to have them throw this all into an experimental for the heck of it.

I’m gonna give you some feedback from the tank category

Orisa: Ok

Reinhardt: Ok

Sigma: I wouldn’t increase his barrier health to 1500 if Rein’s is still 1600. I would make it 1200 or 1300. Sigma has 22 meters ranged shots, his barrier should have at least less 300 HP difference from Rein’s barrier IMHO.

Winston: I wouldn’t reduce his barrier CD to 10, otherwise it would only have 1 sec of down time, I would rather leave it 13 secs, but decrease his jump to 5 secs CD instead of 6.

Wrecking Ball: ok

Zarya: Lower her gains to 20 per bubble, otherwise she would be at 100 charge pretty quick with 40 gains per bubble. Also I would make self bubble the team bubble ability on a radius, so you are not disturbed to look behind if you are leading ahead and keep Ally bubble still only single target.

Believe me, I read through everything. I disagree with most of this, except:

  • Echo
  • McCree
  • Junkrat
  • Sombra
  • Widowmaker

Everything else, especially the tanks, is an absolute hard no. They’d be absolutely busted and broken.

Well the context here would be that you’d have 1Barrier-3DPS-2Heal, where 1 of the DPS could optionally go OffTank.
But usually it would be SoloBarrierTank.
With no possibility of DoubleBarrierTank.
✅ Modified 1-3-2 that can be 1-1-2-2

Which leaves open the potential to buff BarrierTanks as much as is needed to make them more popular.

I guess that’s my bias coming in, I’m against 1-3-2. I’d rather take slight buffs to off-tanks and give them actual tanking abilities so that we can have more variety that moves away from shields.
