same in regards to the LW skin 
with Moira i was able to buy the bundle 3 (moria lilth bundle) and it unlocked her skin for me, but that of course makes it more expensive

Same boat, I’ve been waiting months for the harbinger skin to return. I guess the good thing is that this is happening to multiple people so hopefully they fix the issue soon.

thought this was just me!
glad to see i’m not the only one having this problem. I spent about 30mins trying to get Lilith moira (restarted my games about five times too) but nothing!! they better fix this bug before the shop refresh because i cant afford the entire bundle and really really want lilith. 
Can confirm that I’m still having the same issue, even after following the steps for the fix.

Wish they’d fix it. It’s getting a bit ridiculous.
Looks like it’s been fixed now? I was able to purchase Magma Mauga just now after not being able to for the past couple of days
