Hi I am receiving “account missing overwatch license” whenever I try to start the game and can’t login to play. I noticed my battlenet seemed to have reset. It didn’t auto login and my friends list is missing completely. I’m logging in on the correct account and my subscription still shows as active, it seems to be not recognizing the game to my account despite it being the correct account.
These steps can help if you see the License Missing Error:

Login and verify the license is showing up on the account management page.

If you see it: clear your cache files and then try again.

If that doesn’t work, or you don’t see it: open a ticket with the staff for help resolving the issue.
~95% of the time, players are logging into the wrong account when manually logging in. Usually it’s because the usernames or emails are similar.
