He’s not? He’s the most overrated hero by far. The way master players piss their pants over him is utterly hilarious and his stats pretty much confirm it.
Sure, the few games where the right player can do pure magic with him is frightening, but that is actually the exception and not the rule EVEN at masters.
At pro level that might be different but color me unimpressed when he manages to not be banned. Get some Point and click cc and there’s really nothing that special about him.
